On the day of your outpatient procedure, our dedicated team focuses on keeping you relaxed and informed. Once you are under general anesthesia, Dr. Fowler makes discreet incisions based on your pre-selected surgical plan.
The selected breast implants are placed carefully to ensure symmetry and proper positioning relative to the surrounding breast and connective tissue. In fat transfer cases, the fat is harvested from one area of the body through a separate incision, and then carefully placed in the breasts to ensure balance. Once adjustments are complete, incisions are closed with fine sutures, and a supportive surgical bra is applied to stabilize your augmented breasts.

During your breast augmentation recovery, taking time to rest allows your body to heal cleanly. You will wear a soft sports bra or supportive surgical bra to minimize swelling and support the implant pocket. Mild soreness and chest tightness are normal for the first few days and can be easily managed with prescription or over-the-counter medications.
